About Us
SignsSanDiego opened for business in 1992 and
served the San Diego, California area for over 15 years before
relocating our production facilities to Missouri. The reason was to
better serve our nationwide customers by offering faster, non
express shipping service. We now are able to ship either coast in
two to three days versus the five it was taking to get a shipment to
the east coast from San Diego.
A common question asked us is "why keep the name SignsSanDiego?". The answer is actually quite simple. Since we are a 100% internet based business, we have spent considerable time, effort and money to have high rankings in the search engines. An example would be Google, MSN, Yahoo and the like. If we were to change our website name we would have to start at the bottom of the rankings and work our way up. This would cost us business. We have instead choose to keep this website and its name and work concurrently with other websites to make a slow transition to a new name. Until then, we are SignsSanDiego. :-))))
